1 p.m to 5 p.m.: Golden Ticket Awards badge pick-up & check-in is open in Registration Room F at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions — Round Rock.
2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: GTA Facilities Tour at Kalahari: This back-of-the-house tour takes attendees though the Kalahari Resort, indoor water park and the innovative underground service tunnel support system. Tours are given in groups of 20 and depart every 30 minutes until all have made the tour. Participants must be pre-registered for tour. Meeting point: Base of escalator at Tom Foolery’s.
Throughout the day, attendees are encouraged attendees are encouraged to relax at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions or explore Austin’s sites & attractions at their leisure!
7 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Opening Welcome Reception: Open to all attendees, join us for light food, limited bar drinks and welcome remarks by Kalahari Resort management. Located: Kalahari Resort & Waterpark’s lobby bar, located downstairs from main lobby. .
10 p.m. to closing: Charity Bowling Event and ADDED SOCIAL TIME: at B-Lux & Bowling & Bar at Kalahari, benefitting Morgan’s Wonderland and National Roller Coaster Museum. Players to bowl set of three games in groups of four / Prizes awarded / Must be pre-registered to bowl. Plan for late social time with complimentary drinks at the B-Lux Bar while you watch your friends bowl the night away for charity! Sponsored by WhiteWater & Zamperla
8 a.m. to 12 noon: Late Registration Open at Registration Room F at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions — Round Rock
8 a.m. : Coffee & Prayer — Join us for this first time gathering to show our faith as we share our industry friendship over coffee and a prayer. Zambezi Room, Kalahari Convention Center. Sponsored by Natural Bridge Caverns & PYEK Group.
9:30 a.m. : Bus Transportation departs at Kalahari Convention Center Entrance for COTALand. NOTE: If driving, follow signs to Parking Lot C. Distance is 35 miles and is all toll road (80 mph speed limit!)
10 a.m. to noon: COTALand Park will provide a park preview for GTA attendees. Select rides will be available. Tour the park and the T20 dining facility with its stunning viewing area of the racetrack! Check GTA app for details!
10:15 a.m.: COTALand Walking Tour —must be pre-registered. (45 minutes) Location main entrance. NOTE: No food will be available, however Dippin’ Dots and water will keep us refreshed.
Noon: Buses leave COTALand and return to Kalahari.
4:30 p.m.: Back on the bus! Leave Kalahari for COTALand for the evening festivities. Board at Convention Center Entrance. If driving, park in Lot C. Attendees will enter through park entrance.
5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Hot Lap Experience — race car ride; benefits Morgan’s Wonderland and National Roller Coaster Museum. NOTE: Anyone signed up for the HOT LAP EXPERIENCE will take their ride during this timeframe. Riders must have closed tip shoes, shorts for men and women are good. No dresses or skirts as riders must fit into a race suit for their ride.
5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: GTA Bar Reception at Circuit of the Americas Media Center Lobby, hosted by COTALand.
6 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Golden Ticket Awards Dinner at Circuit of the Americas Media Center Room A, hosted by COTALand; Bring your camera or cell phone, as you will have a photo opportunity with a real Formula 1 race car!
7 p.m. to 10 p.m.: 2026 GOLDEN TICKET AWARDS CEREMONY, Circuit of the Americas Media Center Room B; Presented by Amusement Today and hosted by COTALand.
10 p.m. to 11 p.m.: GTA After Hours at Cotaland. Enjoy this private time in the park after dark with these selected rides open for your enjoyment: Circuit Breaker (Vekoma); Cosmic Gliders (S&S Worldwide); Drop Tower (Ride Entertainment/Funtime); Texas Wildcat (Schwarzkopf); Jeep Safari (Rides 4 U/SBF-Visa)
10 p.m. to 11 p.m.: COTALand After Hours — Enjoy the park after hours with selected rides open.
10:30 p.m. – Bus transportation departs COTALand for Kalahari Resort (gate near Circuit Breaker. Buses will depart for Kalahari Resort as they fill.
Kalahari Resort’s downstairs Lobby Bar will remain open until 2 a.m. for purchase of late night beverages.
