1 p.m to 5 p.m.: Golden Ticket Awards badge pick-up & check-in is open in Registration Room F at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions — Round Rock.
2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: GTA Facilities Tour at Kalahari — This back of the house tour takes attendees though the Kalahari Resort, Indoor Waterpark and the innovative Underground Service Tunnel Support System. Official times of individual tours will be announced closer to the event!
Throughout the day, attendees are encouraged attendees are encouraged to relax at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions or explore Austin’s sites & attractions at their leisure!
7 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Opening Welcome Reception at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions featuring food, drink, entertainment and welcome remarks! Open to all GTA attendees – Lanyard Required! Event will be located in the Lobby Bar, downstairs from main lobby.
10 p.m. to closing: Charity Bowling Event at B-Lux & Bowling @ Kalahari to benefit Morgan’s Wonderland. Bowling event is limited to 72 players. Players must sign-up in advance and cost is $100/player. All proceeds benefit Morgan’s Wonderland!
Non bowlers, plan for late social time and complimentary drinks at the B-Lux Bar while you watch your friends bowl the night away. Event sponored by WhiteWater West and Zamperla!
8 a.m. to 12 noon: Late Registration Open at Registration Room F at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions — Round Rock
9 a.m. : Coffee & Prayer — Join us for this first time gathering to show our faith as we share our industry friendship over coffee and a prayer. Sponsored by Amusement Today.
10 a.m. to 10 p.m.: COTALand open to the public & GTA Attendees! Admission is FREE entry with GTA lanyard!
10 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Roundtrip Bus Transportation provided throughout the day from Kalahari to COTALand and returning. NOTE: If driving, distance between the two properties is 35 miles and is a toll road.
11 a.m.: COTALand Walking Tour — Tour entire park and the T20 dining facility with its stunning viewing area of the race track and downtown Austin skyline.
ALL DAY LONG: Hot Lap Experience — take a full speed ride inside an actual race car. Available for only $200/person! Sign up today! Proceeds benefit Morgan’s Wonderland and the National Roller Coaster Museum. Individual times will be scheduled and available at badge pickup.
5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: GTA Bar Reception at Circuit of the Americas Media Center Lobby, hosted by COTALand. Open to all GTA attendees – Lanyard Required!
6 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Golden Ticket Awards Dinner at Circuit of the Americas and hosted by COTALand. Open to all GTA attendees – Lanyard Required!
7 to 10 p.m.: Presentation of the 2026 Golden Ticket Awards at Circuit of the Americas presented by Amusement Today and hosted by COTALand Open to all GTA attendees – Lanyard Required!
10 p.m. to 11 p.m.: GTA After Hours party at Cotaland. Enjoy this private time in the park after dark with these selected rides open for your enjoyment: Circuit Breaker (Vekoma); Cosmic Gliders (S&S Worldwide); Drop Tower (Ride Entertainment/Funtime); Texas Wildcat (Schwarzkopf); Jeep Safari (Rides 4 U/SBF-Visa)
