A annual golf outing at The Sevierville Golf Club’s River Course has been added to the Golden Ticket Awards event weekend as a way to enhance the event as well as provide a fundraising opportunity for the National Roller Coaster Museum & Archives (NRCMA). The outing will be held on Friday, Sept. 8, at 8:00 a.m. sharp with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.
The River Course is 7,120 yards from the Championship Tees. The course’s fairways are wider and greens are larger. Much of its front nine runs alongside the Little Pigeon River and the entire course is picturesque. The course is flat with the exception of four holes on the back nine where elevation gets higher, which allows for beautiful panoramic views. Players may even see a bald eagle or two during your round!
The Sevierville Golf Club has 5 sets of tees, which will allow golfers of all skill levels to enjoy the course.
