The annual golf outing at The Sevierville Golf Club’s River Course was added to the 2023 Golden Ticket Awards event weekend as a way to enhance the event as well as provide a fundraising opportunity for the National Roller Coaster Museum & Archives (NRCMA). The outing was held on Friday, Sept. 8, at 8:00 a.m. sharp with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

The River Course offered 7,120 yards from the Championship Tees.  The course’s fairways were wider and greens larger.  Much of its front nine runs alongside the Little Pigeon River and the entire course is picturesque.  The course is flat with the exception of four holes on the back nine where elevation gets higher, which allows for beautiful panoramic views.

The Sevierville Golf Club offered 5 sets of tees, which will allow golfers of all skill levels to enjoy the course.
